Item description
Assists customers - telephonically and personally in establishing their needs
and cross sell.
Ensures excellent after-sales service by following up on deliveries and ensuring that the customer is satisfied and also seeks future selling opportunities.
Quotes on products customer has selected.
Handles deliveries and organises that the product reaches customer timeously.
Advises existing customers of specials offers.
Follows up on quotations given.
Processes orders utilising the correct procedures.
Ordering of Goods from our Creditors via the system and receipting it
Ordering of Yard stock and receipting when products arrive at the Centre
Follows up on delivery schedules.
Attends to general administration duties, i.e. filing, record keeping, prepares and submits monthly trading reports.
Debit and Credit notes – Manually written and captured in the system.
Other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.
To ensure that customer’s orders are captured and executed timeously and accurately, in accordance with identified customer’s needs.
